We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue products at our discretion. Product descriptions, images, and ingredient lists are provided for informational purposes and may be updated as formulations evolve.

In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price and will notify you promptly.

By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and that the payment information you provide is accurate and authorised for use.

We accept major credit and debit cards. Payment is processed securely at checkout. Your order is confirmed only upon successful payment authorisation.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including suspected fraud, product unavailability, or errors in pricing or product information.

We ship within Malaysia and to selected international destinations. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or events outside our control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.

We accept returns of unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number.

Opened or used products are not eligible for return unless they are defective or you have experienced an adverse reaction. In such cases, please contact us with a description and, where possible, photographic evidence.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

All content on this website — including text, photography, product names, the Meiamor wordmark, and design elements — is the property of Meiamor and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our prior written consent.

Membership in the Meiamor loyalty programme is subject to these Terms and any additional programme-specific terms we may publish. Loyalty points have no cash value and may not be transferred or sold.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Members programme at any time. Points accrued prior to termination will be honoured for a reasonable period as communicated at the time of any such change.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meiamor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our website shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
